Americans, Always In Financial
Crisis
As a rule, Americans are
lousy at saving money and planning for the future.
To many, fiscal responsibility means
just spending what you have and not a penny more. Those that are less

forever, but credit cards as a common payment tool is only a little over thirty
years old.

Closing The Gap Between
Businesses and Consumers
Sometimes I wonder, do businesses
really want more customers?
It's not a silly question. As I walk
around town, I see signs in the window such as, American Express Not Accepted, No
Personal Checks Accepted or even No Bills Over $20 Taken. If it were my business, I
would want to provide every path to a sale humanly possible.
As a consumer, I would on occasion
have to bypass a restaurant or some other business because they simply did not
accept American Express. Why?
